My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice and clean, but there were smelly carpet stains that were off-putting. The service was mostly welcoming and helpful, although there was one unprofessional and rude staff member. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but there were some disturbances and inconveniences. The dining options were limited, resembling other Marriott properties. The facilities were decent overall, providing essential services.
The hotel is conveniently located in a great spot, just behind the State Capitol Building and within walking distance to Downtown. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to address any issues. The dining options, although a bit pricey, offer a limited selection. Overall, a decent value for the prime location.
